My recipe for the very popular make-ahead breakfast. I am not a big breakfast eater, but these oats make it really easy to get proper nutrition in the morning. Double or triple the recipe to have a healthy breakfast ready to go all week long!

RECIPE
Makes enough to fill 1 small mason jar (14 oz.)
1 1/4 c. Rolled oats
1 c. Plant-based milk
1-2 T. Maple syrup
2 T. Peanut butter, almond butter, or seed butter
1 T. Chia seeds
Combine all ingredients, pour into a jar or airtight container, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Store in the refrigerator. When ready to eat, you can top with fresh fruit, more nut butter or maple syrup, coconut, nuts, seeds, etc. Enjoy!
