Hello and welcome!

My name is Sarah, and I began a vegan lifestyle in early 2017. Going vegan gave me a new passion for creating my own recipes and helping others discover how easy and enjoyable plant-based cooking can be. 

​

My love of cooking, from start to finish, is because of my grandparents. They always involved me in the kitchen and garden, teaching me how to cook dishes they grew up eating in Italy.

 

It is through them that I learned there is little in life more fulfilling than talking with your family around the dinner table for hours, cooking enough food for the whole neighborhood, or taking a bite of fresh produce from your own garden.

My passion is to combine the tradition and familiarity of comforting family recipes with the creativity and innovation of plant-based eating.
